Who we are

Lev Emunah is the Torah teaching work of Rabbi Rachamim Bitton in Jerusalem, Israel. Rabbi Bitton is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers levemunah.com, manifesting.levemunah.com (Kosher Manifesting), our emails and our WhatsApp messages.

What we collect

What you give us

  • Your first name, email and, if you choose, your WhatsApp number when you join a waitlist, download a guide, sign up for a class, book a session, become a member or write to us.
  • Whether you ticked the WhatsApp consent box, the wording you agreed to, and when you ticked it.
  • Anything you choose to write in a form. On the Kosher Manifesting waitlist that includes what you write about what you're praying for and your answers about what you've tried, how much time you have each day and whether you're in the Vitality Circle. All of these are optional.
  • In the Kosher Manifesting app: your answers to the foundation questions, the requests and prayers you write, your practice history and your conversations with the AI coach.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal and Nas.io. We receive your name, email, what you bought, the amount, the subscription status and payment dates. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

How you found us and how you use the site

  • The link that brought you (for example campaign tags in the web address, or a friend's referral code), the page you signed up on, and your own referral code so friends you invite can be counted.
  • Pages visited, device and browser type, and rough location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Whether an email we sent was opened or a link in it was clicked.

Your private writing

What you write on the waitlist about what you're praying for is saved only in your private contact record. It is never shown on the site or used in marketing. What you write in the Kosher Manifesting app is private. Rabbi Bitton and his team do not read individual entries as a routine, and we will never publish them. We don't sell your personal information.

The AI coach

The Kosher Manifesting coach is powered by an AI service (OpenAI). To answer you, the text you write to the coach is sent to that service. OpenAI states that data sent through its business API is not used to train its models by default. The coach can make mistakes. It is a tool for reflection, not a rabbi's ruling, and not a substitute for emergency or medical care.

Why we use it

  • To give you what you asked for: the guide, class links, daily practice emails, membership access or a reply.
  • To run payments and memberships, and to keep the records the law requires.
  • To send the emails and WhatsApp messages you signed up for.
  • To understand which pages and posts help people, and to show our posts to people likely to find them useful (for example on Instagram and Facebook).
  • To protect the site against misuse.

We rely on your consent, on carrying out our agreement with you, on legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the site and forms to work. Statistics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) may also set cookies so we can see which posts and pages help people. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Emails and WhatsApp

You only get our emails if you signed up, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We only send WhatsApp messages if you ticked the WhatsApp box. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or write to us, and we'll stop.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while you're subscribed or a member, and delete them when you ask, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records for tax purposes). When a Kosher Manifesting membership ends, your saved practice is kept for a limited time so you can come back to it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, delete it, withdraw your consent, or stop us using it for marketing. Write to [email protected] and we'll answer within 30 days. In Israel you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority. In the EU or UK you may contact your local data protection authority.

Age

Our programs are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For a meaningful change, we'll tell subscribers and members by email before it takes effect.

Questions
