Lev Emunah
Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026
The plain-language agreement for using our sites, classes, memberships and private sessions.
Who we are
Lev Emunah is the Torah teaching work of Rabbi Rachamim Bitton in Jerusalem, Israel. These terms cover levemunah.com, manifesting.levemunah.com, our emails, classes, memberships (including Kosher Manifesting and the Vitality Circle) and private sessions. By using them or paying for them, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
Torah learning, classes, guided practices, daily emails and private sessions rooted in emunah. They are not a substitute for emergency or medical care. If you are ever in danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
We can't promise any particular result or timing. What happens in a person's life is in Hashem's hands.
The AI coach
Kosher Manifesting includes an AI coach. It is a learning and practice tool. It can make mistakes, it is not Rabbi Bitton personally, and it doesn't give halachic rulings. For a halachic question, ask your rav.
Kosher Manifesting membership
- Kosher Manifesting is an ongoing membership with no fixed end date. You choose how it's billed: US$36 a month or US$360 a year.
- It continues at the same price until you cancel. Each payment is charged automatically, every month or every 12 months, to the PayPal or Nas.io account you joined with.
- Cancel anytime, during your first month or after it. Future charges stop, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Charges already made aren't refunded.
- How to cancel is explained on our Canceling page.
- One membership is for one person. Please don't share your account or sign-in link.
Paying
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the page where you buy. PayPal, Nas.io or your bank may add a currency conversion charge.
- Payments are handled by PayPal and Nas.io, and their own terms also apply.
- One-time purchases (for example a class, a dedication or a single session) are paid once and don't renew.
- Payments and gifts to Lev Emunah are not tax-deductible.
- Sales are paused on Shabbat and Yom Tov (Jerusalem time), so checkout buttons may be hidden during those hours.
Private sessions
Private sessions are one-on-one with Rabbi Bitton on Zoom or by phone. What you share in a session stays private, except where the law requires otherwise or someone's safety is at risk.
Emails and WhatsApp
We only send WhatsApp messages to people who ticked the WhatsApp consent box. Reply STOP at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy policy.
Our content
Classes, recordings, PDFs, texts, exercises and images belong to Lev Emunah. You're welcome to use them for your own learning and practice and to share links with friends. Please don't resell them, re-upload whole recordings, or copy the program.
Respectful use
In groups, comments and messages, please be respectful. We may remove posts or suspend members who are abusive, spam others, share other people's private information, or try to break or overload the service.
Changes and availability
We work hard to keep everything running, but there may be interruptions. We may change or retire a program. We'll update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
Liability
The sites and programs are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Lev Emunah isn't liable for indirect losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Jerusalem have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to go to court there.
