Or just email us
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Cancel" from the email you joined with (or tell us that email), and include your full name. If you live in Israel, please add your ID number. We'll cancel for you and confirm in writing. Billing stops no later than 3 business days after we receive your message.
Within 14 days of joining
Where Israeli consumer law gives you a right to cancel within 14 days, you may use it by emailing [email protected] with the subject "14-day cancellation" from the email you joined with. We'll handle it as that law sets out.
This page doesn't limit any right the law gives you.
